SHIPPING & RETURNS

When you checkout, you will now have the UPS Shipping module available. This will automatically calculate the shipping and handling for you so you may pay immediately!! Please see our payment methods below to find out what forms of payment wartimethings.com accepts!

All products are available when listed and while supplies last. In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock at the time of order, the buyer has the option of 1) waiting for the product to restock, if restocking is anticipated; 2) not completing the transaction; or 3) if payment has been made, receiving a full refund of the payment.

Refunds if agreed to, must be approved and, issued an R.M.A. number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning merchandise. It is in your best interest to purchase insurance on items with a purchase price over $100 being shipped by UPS (excluding shipping and handling).

Refunds, if requested and agreed to, will be issued for the purchase price of the product excluding shipping and handling. If you request a refund for a returned purchase, and it is authorized, you will receive it within 15 business days of the receipt of the return. Replacements or exchanges for returned merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of your returned purchase. Items must be returned in same condition as when shipped (meaning: all tags attached, in original shipping containers, no visible usage shown).

We offer a 100% exchange guarantee against defects or damage. Damages on merchandise totaled more than $100 must have been insured with the carrier. This applies to all purchases. Returns must be processed within the specified time frame.

***NOTE: Used or Surplus items are sold AS-IS and carry a no warranty or no refund policy. Used or surplus items will feature a complete description of the condition which will be very honest. We will describe any damages or anything else which may reflect the functionability of the item. So please read the item description carefully before purchase.

We do NOT exchange or offer refunds or exchanges on articles which when ordered include the wrong size, color, or item number unless it is our fault. If we are at fault, we will do everything in our power to fix it. So please be sure about all specs when ordering. We offer sizing charts for your convenience. Please see our links at the bottom of the page.

Returns will NOT be accepted without our authorization number. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of order. We cannot accept return goods that have been soiled in any way or contain price stickers, tags or markings other than ours. Other returns other than defects or damages will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Any return of merchandise not ours will be returned freight collect.

 Payment Requirement: Under NO circumstance will an item be shipped until payment is received and cleared.

Forms of payment accepted: PayPal, PayPal transfer, money order, cashier's check, personal check, or credit card through PayPal. Please be aware that some forms of payment through PayPal takes 4-5 business days to clear your bank. For your protection, we would advise using a confirmed PayPal account when paying through PayPal. We are always happy to work out payment arrangements. Your purchase will be shipped upon notification that your payment has cleared. In most cases, a personal check sent will be held 3-5 business days before the order is shipped to allow time for the transaction to clear your bank. There is a $35.00 return check fee which will be added to your amount should your check return NSF. Please take care to make sure funds are available as severe penalties may occur should a check be returned as NSF. Payment issues should be emailed to: payments@wartimethings.com

We ship all of our military items via UPS only. Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you must provide the physical street address as the ship-to address. We are always happy to arrange for expedited shipping if at all possible. Customer will assume all extra costs for shipping other than UPS Ground. Please allow at least one day processing between order and order shipment. This does not apply to weekends or holidays since processing will be delayed during the specified times.

Items out of stock will not be back ordered unless specified on our invoice.

When ordering, please allow enough time for the shipment to reach the destination. We ship Monday - Friday. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays.

Shipments to more than one address require shipping and handling charges for each address.

We no longer ship to APO/FPO Boxes. We apologize for this inconvenience. We do ship to stateside military bases.
