    Pretty much anyone can. Well, we prefer that if you are younger than 18 years of age, to have a parent or guardian order for you.

  2. Do you ship internationally?
    We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do ship to military installations located throughout the world.

    Please note, you must have a ship to address to an APO/FPO address for this instance.

  3. How do I become a wartimethings.com customer?
    It's a really easy process. You may create an account from any page of our website. Of course, if you don't want us to maintain your information after the sale, you can go straight to checkout when you are ready to purchase.

    When you create a new account, fill in the appropriate fields for wartimethings.com's office use. We do not give out or share your information with anyone who is not affiliated with wartimethings.com.

  4. Do you have a minimum order?
    We have no minimum on orders placed. Sometimes you may see a minimum number which must be ordered for an item.

  5. Do you offer a shipping and handling quote on your website?
    We now offer a shipping module for UPS on our website. You may use this method for obtaining shipping costs during checkout or email us.

    If you request a shipping estimate from wartimethings.com via email, we can get close but once you order, the exact amount will possibly be different depending on your order, how you want it shipped, and other determining factors.

  6. Is there a handling fee? Why?
    Yes, we do have a handling fee. This is a processing fee we charge to cover in house expenses. The handling fee is per order, not per item.

  7. I see some of the product you offer has either a P/C or a R/S in the title or description. What does this mean?
    P/C is an abbreviation for Poly/Cotton material. The material is manufactured with polyester and cotton to provide easier ventilation and a more versatile product. This can be worn all year round.

    R/S is an abbreviation for Rip-Stop. This is usually a 100% cotton material unless otherwise stated. It contains grids sewn into the material so if there is a tear, or rip in the material, damage is minimal. This can be worn all year round and is especially effective during the summer months due to the breathable cotton.

  8. What is the table of information for within your descriptions?
    The table is basically for our use only. It's easier for us to keep the information of the product within the description for referral purposes should we need them.

  9. How will I know when my order has been processed and shipped?
    Depending on how your order is being paid for will determine the process for the order. All orders not paid online or through PayPal, go through more processing than electronic payments. Electronic payments delete some of the order processes due to the money being transferred right then. Once your payment has been received and clears, your order will process to the final stage, Shipped With Tracking Info.

    We ship by UPS with tracking numbers on every package. When we update your order, we include your tracking number for your records which enables you to visit UPS.com to track your package while in transit. Remember, UPS reuses tracking numbers so you will have to allow it time to update within their system.

  10. Do you allow exchanges and refunds?

  11. If I make a mistake on my order, will you correct it?
    We can correct some mistakes made on orders as long as it is caught prior to shipment. Any mistakes in sizes, colors, or other which is your responsibility will either be corrected at your cost or not at all. If we make a mistake on your order, we will correct the order at OUR expense.

  12. Do you have active listings on eBay?
    Due to eBay's new policies which are less than seller friendly, we've decided to discontinue selling on eBay.

    Although our reputation is outstanding on eBay, the new system allows a buyer to bid on an item and not face repercussions for not following through with the purchase. It costs us everytime an item sells on eBay. With no true way to warn others of NPB (non-paying bidders), it goes against our policies to continue a relationship with eBay.

  13. Do you have a hard copy catalog?
    We currently do not offer an outside catalog other than our website. We do have a printable catalog you can access from our website as well.

  14. Can I exchange a product?
    Most times we do allow an exchange of merchandise. The merchandise must be returned to us preferably using the same container it was shipped in. It must also have an RMA number issued by a wartimethings.com representative.

    You must also expect to pay for shipping to our Return Center in NC and from our Return Center back to our warehouse in NY. We usually use Priority Mail for shipping back to our warehouse. Then you are responsible for the shipping back to your address from our NY warehouse via UPS Ground.

    You must understand that you are responsible for the correct size, color, or other specifications. You are also responsible for the costs if that item is to be returned. If you ask for and receive a refund, there will be a restocking fee subtracted from the total amount. There are no refunds on shipping. If we are at fault, we will do everything we can do in our power to fix it. We expect accountability in our customers as well.

  15. You used to have articles on your website. What happened to them?
    Sometimes, we have to discontinue the articles to make sure we can stay focused on the job at hand. You'd rather we get your orders out in a timely manner than try to keep up with the daily news right?

    Remember that we try to maintain a small work force for the actual computer work. This way we can keep our prices low. Our computer technicians and specialists may be tasked to perform some other duty so it prevents them from placing the extra bells and whistles on the website.
